I can’t take it any more! I’m officially 3 weeks and 5 days…
YESSSSSSSSSSS! I have been trying to get pregnant since May
It was so crazy to me to actually try to get pregnant after 7 years of birth control and trying not to get pregnant. I am actually extremely blessed because I got pregnant my 2nd cycle of birth control pills. It takes on average about 4-5 cycles after birth control pills to conceive, and in the not so average world it actually takes a lot longer for most. Since we started trying, I joined a message board called Two Week Wait, and it’s so sad to see all the women on there who have been trying for years to get pregnant and here’s little ol me, I think about getting pregnant and BAM! It happens! But, once I have my mind set on doing something, I do it, and I do it excessively. Not only did I excessively have sex (too much info, sorry!) but I read into extreme detail just exactly how you actually conceive. It’s so amazing. And it turns out, (this was news to me, maybe you know this lol) you can take your temperature at the same time every morning before even getting out of bed, chart it each day, and figure out exactly when you ovulate, and if you conceive you can usually see a drop (or spike - spike in my case!) in temperature when implantation occurs in your uterus, and then your temp goes back up and remains elevated throughout your pregnancy. Needless to say, I have become addicted to two things in the past two months: “charting”, and peeing on a stick. Yes. I am a pregnancy test taking addict. As soon as I got my positive the first time, I couldn’t believe my eyes! So of course, I did what any excessive mommy wanna-be would do and I took 3 tests. And I continue to take multiple tests every day “just to make sure”. It’s not surprising that early pregnancy symptoms just happen to be very similar to PMS symptoms, and I’m sure feeling those. I’ve had cramps and a horrible back ache for days, which oddly enough, makes me really, really happy!

That’s nice
I’m 4 months pregnant myself at the moment. I myself though I was getting my period with the symptoms I was having… it’s weird. You get cramps all the way through the first few months even though they aren’t severe. Just wait until you get morning sickness though.. hehe >
It’s amazing how your body reacts to different things and the way you suddenly hate smells and foods that you used to love. Something weighing only a coupla ounces completely changes your life.

Congrats!! You don’t know me, hah, but the big ass picture of a positive pregnancy test just kinda caught my eye. lol I wish you loads of happy-ness! ;]
Between us, is it really hard to get pregnant when your on the pill? I mean, does it really work THAT good? Cuz, well, I take the pill and i’m still nervous every time I have sex with my boyfriend and i’m only 17 so the last thing I need is a baby. Just lookin for some reassurance. lol. Congrats again!
