Emma wasn’t able to come home today… she failed her car seat test that checks her breathing while in the car seat. She’s just so little so her head crunches over really bad. So they will redo it up to 3 times and if she keeps failing she will have to use a car bed.
So anyway hopefully tomorrow! I was pretty sad that a car seat was keeping her from coming home… but I know it’s for the best.
P.S. If you want access to photo posts, send me an email. You can use the form that is on the cantact page. Just introduce yourself, give me your myspace link if you have one, stuff like that.
Even if I know you just send me something so I don’t have to go thru all the registrations to find people. Thanks!

Keeping my fingers crossed too! I’m glad they kept her though for her safety. Atleast they aren’t like some hospitals that will just let you go no matter what. So, lets hope today :]

Awwwww She will be home soon Sarah! I remember how the big car seat always seem to dwarf my sons even though they were big babies at birth =). I will continue to keep her and you guys in my thoughts and prayers!

I can’t imagine how hard it is to leave her up there, you’re all in my prayers and I hope she gets to come home soon.
PS. Thanks for adding me, they’re absolutely gorgeous.

That sucks but it’s for the best. My little girl was in the neonatal unit for 3 weeks before I could bring her home so I know how hard it is to have to leave them every night. I’m sure she will be home very soon but it does get very frustrating.

BTW I just wanted to suggest something. I know how hard it is to have ONE little baby but two.. oh my… I bought a cradle swing and it is a lifesaver. Fisherprice does a great one with a mobile and forest sounds, lullabyes and stuff.. you should get one for sure. My daughter wouldn’t let me put her down until I bought the swing when she was about 2 months old and it’s helped establish sleeping patterns and naps.
