bunk beds

I know I’m thinking waaaay far ahead on this one, but I was looking at bunk beds today. It’s going to be so cute to have the girls in adroble little bunk beds! I just love this one. It’s so pretty. And isn’t this cool?! A tent under your bed! How fun! And I just adore this. It’s like your own little house that you get to sleep in!
They didn’t have bunk beds this cool when I was little. My sister and I shared a room until I was 14 and we always had bunk beds. Except ours could be single beds or bunk beds. To make them bunk beds you just stacked them on top of each other. There wasn’t any rails or anything… not even a ladder. The top bed stayed up by these little pegs that were on the head board and foot board of the bottom bed. Sounds safe, doesn’t it? It’s a miracle we survived jumping off from the top bed onto pillows on the floor!

  I’m kind of jealous. My sister and I never had bunk beds but we always wanted them. Probably a good thing that we never had them because we hate each other now so who knows what kind of things might have gone down if we had bunk beds.

  I had bunk beds as well but I fell backwards from the top once and that pretty much ruined it for me lol. I think the one with the tent is really awesome though!

  my two sisters and i had bunk beds when we were little. when we were really little my sisters shared the bottom and i had the top and we would make forts out of it all the time and all three of us would end up on the bottom together anyway lol. then when we got older and moved into a new house and each had our own rooms me and one of my sisters decided to share a room and have bunk beds. that one was just like the one you described you had with your sister. ours was all wood from This End Up i think its called. that one lasted a reeelly long time….bunk beds are awesome when youre a kid!

  I had bunk beds with my brother and oh my, I hate them now. If there were bunk beds in hostels on school trips and such, everybody always wanted to sleep on the top bunk, but I was so sick of it from home, I was pleased I had the lower bunk for myself.

  These look pretty adorable, though!
