I’m now married to a PILOT! 
I’m so proud of Preston! He did fabulous on his final flight! He’s worked so hard toward this and he’s done amazing the entire way. He’s wanted to be a pilot his whole life. He deserves this!

Thank you all for your kind words! I was relieved that I completed my oral and practical flight test on the first try. I begin my Instrument Training right away! I think it might take me a few times of taking my family up before I realize that I’m actually a certificated Pilot

Thats actually the correct term here believe it or not… When you refer to a pilot being certified, you sound dumb… because basically you aren’t a “certified” pilot…
For instance… I was ‘certificated’ in 1974 as a private pilot, but took a vacation for about 25 years .. thats a quote from a pilot discussing it… lol I know it sounds funny but thats the correct way to say it in its context!
