I need to briefly complain about something. I buy and sell a lot of things on ebay. When I sell something, I weigh the item before listing in and only charge actual shipping. I hate when people try to make money off of shipping! We just bought a huge lot of clothes for Ashton and were charged $19.95 for shipping when it really only cost just over $13 to ship. And it came in an old box that looks like it’s seen better days. The clothes were perfect, but I dunno… I don’t like when people try to make money off shipping. I also bought the girls 3 brand new with tags tank tops from The Children’s Place for only $5.99. I was charged $5 shipping and assumed that it would be for USPS Priority which would cost $4.80 for something of this weight. Turns out the tank tops were sent USPS First Class for $1.86! Grrrrrr it just gets on my nerves.
And on the topic of ebay… I just scored an amazing deal on a pair of 7 For All Mankind jeans that retail for $198. Guess what I paid? Okay I’ll tell you….. $13. THIRTEEN DOLLARS. The first thing I would think if someone told me they bought designer jeans for $13 is that they must be fake. Don’t worry, these are authentic, you can totally tell. I’m wondering why they didn’t have more bids though… The seller has a lot of feedback that is 100% positive so I’m pretty sure I just got the most amazing deal of all time. SWEET.
Designer jeans are awesome. Jeans are one thing that I will spend a good deal of money on and not feel bad about it. I’m such a jeans and T shirt kind of girl, so I will pay just about anything for the perfect pair of jeans. In my experience, designer jeans fit like a glove. Perfect. I’m so excited to get these in the mail!
p.s. I think this might have to be my next ebay purchase. LOL! Can you imagine?

i think people estimate a lot for the most part probably isnt intentional just a “oh its prolly gonna cost about xx” and tosses it up there for it… but gas now days..ugh….. i dont think a small padding on s&h that can counter ebays %, paypals % isnt really that unreasonable imo, but when its blatent like ..random 20$ item..doesnt weight that much, can be priority boxed easy for 10 bucks…having a 20$ fee…that is bad
i noticed ebay has feature now that when someone goes to post it looks at s&h and will give a warning, it happend to me the other day b/c i clicked “list similar” and forgot to change the shipping part..it said some little thing about “your shipping seems higher than blabla please check b/c buyers are sensitive to over shipping and auction can be removed balbla” so it shouldnt be that bad anymore i dont think

That Hummer is SWEET! Too bad it has HORRIBLE gas mileage. Imagine the freedom the girls could have in the back of that while you drove around! lol

i add a small bit to cover paypal costs & gas. :P but i have been trying to find my husband a new bowling bag. it retails in stores for $120. you can find it online for $80. but they charge -$40- for shipping!! seriously, i hate that.
or the coach purses you see on ebay “buy now 99cents!” then shipping is $100. insane.

I add onto shipping if I have to purchase a box, but usually I only ship priority because you can get all the supplies for free delivered right to your house. You can also have the mailman pick up your packages right at your front door.
I never have to go to the post office to send anything for ebay or for my boutique. I just do it all on my computer and the mailman comes and takes it all away! I love it!

i hate those ebay listings where the item is listed so cheaply and then shipping costs a ton. grr. it’s even worse for me being in australia, it seems like a lot of sellers just invent some random expensive amount for international shipping.

Oh I forgot to comment on the Ebay. I won’t bid on an item if the shipping is too high. I hate how people do that for profit. Ebay should have something that stops people from doing that.
