Original credit for this pizza goes to my Mommy, however, my little brother “Shmee” makes this pizza all the time when he is staying with us. We’ve come to know it as “Shmee’s Pizza”. It doesn’t take much to make this pizza, and certainly doesn’t require this many photos… but it was fun.
| 1 package yeast | 1 c. warm water |
| 1 tsp. sugar | 1 tsp. salt |
| 2 tbsp. vegetable oil | 2 1/2 c. flour |
| 1 jar pizza sauce | Your choice of toppings |

- This is yeast.

-Dissolve yeast in warm water (yes, those are giraffes on my shirt.)

-Add salt, sugar, and vegetable oil

-Add flour; stir until you can’t stir anymore

-Knead dough with hands to combine all ingredients

-If the dough is too sticky, add more flour at 1 tbsp. increments until dough is workable

-Concentrate

-Pat out dough onto lightly greased pizza pan

-Mmm

-Have your husband prepare toppings, because you hate to chop veggies

-Spread pizza sauce over dough

-Add cheese

-Add turkey pepperoni

-Add green peppers

-Bake at 425° for 20-25 minutes or until cheese is light brown

-ENJOY!
